Choctaw Nation Health Services  Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority is an outstanding health system in beautiful southeast Oklahoma. The health system covers all of southeastern Oklahoma and is made up of a central Talihina site that provides inpatient medical and obstetrical services, surgical (inpatient and outpatient), emergency and ambulatory services to support six satellite clinics located in Broken Bow, Hugo, Idabel, McAlester, Poteau, and Stigler.
